Mitch Craighead is the founder of Capital & Main Real Estate, a Northern California brokerage built around a practical, investment-minded approach to real estate.

Based in the Sacramento region, Mitch brings experience from both sides of the business — traditional residential real estate and hands-on real estate investing. Since 2021, he has built and operated a seven-figure real estate investment business, completing transactions involving off-market acquisitions, renovations, wholesaling, and investment properties throughout Northern California.

That experience led to the creation of Capital & Main Real Estate.

Mitch saw an opportunity for a brokerage that could offer more than the traditional approach. Capital & Main was built to serve homeowners, buyers, investors, and real estate operators with straightforward advice, strong execution, and a deeper understanding of how real estate actually works as both a home and an investment.

Whether helping a family buy or sell a home, evaluating a value-add opportunity for an investor, or connecting buyers and sellers through off-market opportunities, the goal is the same: give clients clear information, practical options, and the confidence to make the decision that's right for them.

Beyond the brokerage, Mitch is actively involved in Northern California's real estate investment community. His work includes Joe Homebuyer Sacramento, Joe Homebuyer San Joaquin, NorCal REIA, REI Launchpad, and MainStreet Deal Exchange, giving him a broad perspective on residential sales, investing, acquisitions, education, and dealmaking.

Through NorCal REIA and REI Launchpad, Mitch also works to educate and connect investors, entrepreneurs, and the next generation of real estate professionals.
